Kim Harland brings over 30 years of leadership in sports marketing, experiential marketing, and brand management. Known for building high-performing teams and forging lasting client partnerships, Kim drives Vero’s vision, strategy, and execution—delivering world-class programs from Canada to markets across the globe.
At Vero, Kim leads a team where insight, engagement, and performance intersect. She champions a data-driven, technology-enabled approach to sponsorship and marketing, grounding every idea in behavioural data, fan psychology, and real-world impact modelling. Over her career, she has delivered transformative campaigns for iconic brands and properties including PepsiCo, FIFA, Rogers, CONCACAF, Molson, and the NHL. With a track record of turning sponsorships into strategic growth platforms, Kim ensures Vero delivers unforgettable experiences from conception to completion.
Tanya Witty is an accomplished marketing and partnerships executive with a 20+ year proven track record in brand growth, strategic alignment, and team leadership. She currently leads Partnership Development and Marketing at the Future of Hockey Lab, driving initiatives that foster innovation, collaboration, and lasting impact across the hockey ecosystem.
Previously, Tanya spent 17 years at Rogers Communications, where she held several leadership positions including Head of Brand & Partnerships. She was responsible for leading all elements of the Rogers brand including shaping sponsorship strategy, brand partnerships, and fan engagement for some of Canada’s most recognized sports and entertainment properties.Her expertise spans strategic planning, partnerships, experiential marketing, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize engagement and impact.
